What you provide
We collect the contact details and business information you enter, including your goals, tools, processes and optional budget estimates. Please provide only information you are authorised to share. We do not need passwords, access keys, customer records, identity documents, electricity bills or sensitive personal information.
Drafts and return links
Saved drafts are stored with this website. A private return link lets you reopen your own form without creating an account. Anyone who has that link can read it, so keep it private. The link expires 30 days after the latest save. Expired drafts are removed during routine form activity. This browser may remember the return link; use Start a new form to remove that remembered link on a shared device.
When you send a form
Submitted answers go to a private OBEX inbox restricted to the website owner. They are used to assess your requirements and contact you about the project. The receipt page confirms that storage succeeded. When email notifications are enabled, a copy of submitted answers is sent to Jordan and Blake through Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not send a confirmation email to the person completing the form. Submitted briefs remain in the inbox for project review and planning rather than disappearing when the return link expires.
Storage and control
These forms are hosted using ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare database infrastructure. Answers are not published on the public website. They are not automatically sent to AI agents or used to make changes to your systems. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers and request counts are used to limit form abuse.
Corrections and removal
You can edit a draft using its return link and download your answers. After submission, ask your OBEX contact to correct or remove the record, quoting its reference. You can also use the project enquiry form to make that request. Access to external tools, project work and any ongoing service are agreed separately.
